Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management within assigned sales portfolio.
- Promote and sell bank products (liability products and/or agriculture-focused offerings depending on role).
- Plan and execute sales strategies, meet targets, and maintain performance metrics.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects, conduct field visits, and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Support cross-functional coordination for credit/product/process alignment (especially for agriculture sales roles).
Requirements
Manager Sales
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in banking/financial institutions, exclusively in liabilities products.
- Preferred: MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Banking.
Officer Agriculture Sales
- Education: 4-year degree in Agriculture or allied disciplines, including (but not limited to) Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Pisciculture, Agri. Marketing & Cooperation, Cooperation & Banking, Agro-Forestry/Forestry, Agricultural Biotechnology, B.Tech Biotechnology, Food Science, Agriculture Business Management, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Sericulture, Fisheries Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in agri sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Preferred: 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Agri Business/Rural Management/Finance.
Manager Agriculture Sales
- Education: 4-year degree in Agriculture or allied disciplines (same/similar list as above).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in agri sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Preferred: 2-year full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Agri Business/Rural Management/Finance.
