Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch operations under the guidance of assigned supervisors.
- Assist with customer service activities, including basic queries, form guidance, and service request routing.
- Help maintain documentation and records as per internal processes and compliance requirements.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures related to banking services and workflows.
- Participate in assigned training modules and complete learning tasks within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to bank policies at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- Language: Knowledge of the local language is required.
- Age (as on 01 February 2025): Minimum 20 years; Maximum 28 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work collaboratively in a branch setting.
