Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in the assigned subject area at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with university/college standards.
- Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, practicals, and presentations.
- Mentor and guide students for academic growth, projects, and career development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional initiatives.
- Support research, publications, seminars, workshops, and other scholarly activities as applicable.
- Maintain academic records and comply with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Education: Post Graduate (PG) degree in the relevant subject with 55% marks from a recognized university/college.
- Eligibility Test: Must have qualified UGC/CSIR NET or SLTET/SET (as applicable).
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025): Minimum 21 years; Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per MPPSC rules).
- Strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, and a commitment to academic integrity.
