Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels as per the assigned subject and curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with academic standards.
- Conduct tutorials, seminars, practical sessions, and academic mentoring as required.
- Participate in departmental academic activities such as curriculum development, examination duties, and evaluation.
- Engage in research, publications, and academic development activities (as applicable to institutional norms).
- Support student guidance, academic advising, and institutional committees as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Post Graduate (PG) degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university/college.
- Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025):
- Minimum: 21 years
- Maximum: 40 years
- Age relaxation: As per RPSC rules
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to teach effectively in a higher-education environment.
- Good communication skills and professional conduct suitable for an academic role.
