Responsibilities
- Participate in on-the-job training as per the apprenticeship curriculum and assigned trade/discipline.
- Assist teams in day-to-day operational, maintenance, technical, or administrative tasks under supervision.
- Follow IOCL safety, quality, and compliance procedures while working in plant/office environments.
- Maintain training logs, complete assigned modules, and meet learning milestones within defined timelines.
- Support basic troubleshooting, documentation, and reporting activities as guided by mentors/supervisors.
- Adhere to workplace discipline, shift/attendance requirements, and site-specific rules.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in a related trade/discipline from a recognized university/college (as applicable to the apprenticeship category).
- Age Limit (as on 31 January 2025): Minimum 18 years; Maximum 24 years.
- Age Relaxation: As per IOCL Apprenticeship recruitment rules.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a structured training environment.
- Basic communication skills and willingness to comply with safety and operational standards.
- Must be able to clear document verification and medical examination as part of selection.
