Position: Assistant Development Officer (ADO)

Overview: We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Assistant Development Officer (ADO). This position supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of development initiatives, field-level program monitoring, data-driven reporting, and stakeholder coordination to help deliver measurable outcomes across assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of development programs and departmental initiatives within the assigned jurisdiction.
- Conduct field visits to monitor progress, assess implementation quality, and identify gaps or risks.
- Collect, verify, and maintain program data; prepare periodic reports, summaries, and documentation for review.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, community representatives, and relevant offices to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Assist in awareness activities, beneficiary outreach, and facilitation of program participation.
- Maintain records, registers, and official correspondence in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Use basic computer applications for documentation, data entry, and communication.
- Support audit/inspection readiness by maintaining accurate files and evidence of program activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned, aligned with the role and organizational requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university/college.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations (documentation, data entry, and standard office tools).
- Age Limit (as per recruitment rules): 21 to 42 years (age relaxation applicable as per rules).
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, field coordination capability, attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Preferred: Prior exposure to public programs, fieldwork, data collection, or administrative coordination is an advantage.
