Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and high-performing Scientist / Engineer ‘SC’ professionals across Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, and Computer Science disciplines to contribute to cutting-edge engineering and technology programs. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, analyze, and validate engineering solutions in your domain (Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science).
- Participate in the full product/system lifecycle: requirements, architecture, detailed design, implementation, testing, integration, and documentation.
- Prepare and review technical documents such as specifications, test procedures, design reports, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, quality, manufacturing/realization, testing, operations) to ensure successful delivery.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions for hardware/software/system issues.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, configuration management practices, and safety/quality processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Education: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in one of the following with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters) or CGPA 6.84/10:
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Science & Engineering
- Age: Typically 20–28 years (age relaxation may apply as per applicable recruitment rules/policies).
- Strong fundamentals in core engineering concepts relevant to your discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, compliance-oriented environment with high attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and communication/documentation abilities.
Discipline-Specific Expectations (Examples)
- Electronics: Analog/digital design basics, communication systems, embedded concepts, signal integrity/testing exposure.
- Mechanical: Design fundamentals, manufacturing processes, strength of materials, thermal/fluid basics, CAD/analysis exposure.
- Computer Science: Data structures, algorithms, software engineering fundamentals, databases/OS basics, programming proficiency.
