Position: NCERT Non-Teaching (Various Posts) – Answer Key & Recruitment Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Support Specialist to assist candidates and internal teams with end-to-end coordination related to NCERT Non-Teaching recruitment updates, including answer key workflows, notification tracking, documentation guidance, and candidate query resolution. This role is ideal for someone who can interpret recruitment notices, maintain accurate timelines, and provide clear, compliant support communications.

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain recruitment timelines (notification dates, application windows, fee payment deadlines, exam dates, admit card releases, answer key releases, objection windows, and final updates).
  • Support candidates by explaining processes such as downloading answer keys/OMR sheets, submitting objections (where applicable), and locating official links.
  • Draft and publish clear recruitment updates for internal portals/webpages, ensuring accuracy and consistency with official sources.
  • Coordinate with content/operations teams to validate post details, eligibility criteria, and selection stages based on official notifications.
  • Maintain structured records of important links (answer key, notices, admit cards, official website) and ensure they remain current.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries via email/chat/phone with professional, policy-aligned guidance and escalation when needed.
  • Perform basic compliance checks to ensure communication avoids misinformation and includes appropriate disclaimers.
  • Prepare summary briefs for stakeholders highlighting key changes (e.g., revised dates, extended objection windows, updated notices).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); equivalent experience in recruitment/exam support operations considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment support, examination coordination, government job portals, or customer support operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret official notices and convert them into user-friendly guidance.
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and handling high-volume candidate queries during peak periods.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of common online application and exam ecosystems (login-based downloads, captcha, credential validation, etc.).
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation tools; ability to maintain structured trackers.
  • High integrity and commitment to referencing only official/verified sources for critical updates.
