Responsibilities
- Assist senior officers in maintaining law and order and ensuring public safety.
- Support preliminary inquiry and investigation activities, including documentation and evidence handling as per procedure.
- Participate in field duties such as patrol, crowd management, and incident response.
- Prepare reports, maintain registers/records, and complete assigned administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to support policing operations.
- Follow departmental rules, standing orders, and applicable legal procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized University/Institute in India.
- Driving License: Valid LMV Driving License.
- Computer Knowledge: Required.
- Age Limit (as per provided details): 18 to 25 years (age relaxation applicable as per rules).
Physical Eligibility (Tentative; subject to official notification)
Male:
- Height: 165 cm (160 cm for Male ST)
- Chest: 75–80 cm (73–78 cm for Male ST)
- 1 Mile Race: 8 minutes
- High Jump: 3 ft 6 in
- Long Jump: 11 ft
