Position: Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector (SI) – Physical & Document Verification Coordinator
Location: Rajasthan (as per assigned verification/assessment center)

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to support and coordinate Physical Standards/Physical Efficiency activities and Document Verification (DV) scheduling and execution for the Motor Vehicle Sub Inspector (SI) selection lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring fair, compliant, and well-documented candidate processing in line with published schedules and official instructions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Physical Test and Document Verification schedules, reporting times, and venue readiness in accordance with official notifications.
- Verify candidate identity and documentation (e.g., photo ID, application/registration details, eligibility certificates) as per prescribed checklists.
- Maintain accurate logs of attendance, verification outcomes, discrepancies, and escalation notes.
- Support the administration of physical measurements/standards checks by ensuring proper queue management, privacy, and adherence to protocols.
- Assist with candidate communication at the venue, including instructions on required documents and conduct guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling, scanning, indexing, and secure storage of documents and verification records.
- Coordinate with venue staff, security, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays.
- Prepare daily summary reports, exception reports, and handover notes for supervisory review.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality throughout the selection process, ensuring compliance with applicable rules and policies.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution; additional qualifications in administration or compliance are a plus.
- Prior experience in examination/selection operations, document verification, recruitment support, or government process coordination preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow checklists and standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working in on-ground, high-footfall environments and managing time-sensitive queues and schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office/Google Workspace), data entry, and record management.
- Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive candidate information responsibly.
- Willingness to travel within Rajasthan and work extended hours during peak schedule windows.
