This is a field-oriented, customer-facing role where you will support business growth, promote financial products, and help expand IPPB’s reach across assigned geographies.

Role Overview
As a Circle Based Executive, you will work within an assigned circle/region to drive customer acquisition and support sales operations for banking and financial products. Candidates with prior experience in sales operations of financial products are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and support growth initiatives within the assigned circle/area.
- Promote IPPB products and services, including relevant banking and financial offerings.
- Support sales operations, lead management, and field-level execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and field teams to meet business targets.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure adherence to applicable policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Support customer onboarding and assist in resolving basic service issues by coordinating with relevant teams.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales operations of financial products is preferred.
- Age Limit (as on 01 March 2024): Minimum 21 years; Maximum 35 years (age relaxation as per rules).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned geography as required.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for reporting and customer management.
