Position Summary

Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining records, supporting office operations, managing financial documentation, assisting in accounting processes, and ensuring smooth administrative coordination. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate office records, registers, and documentation as per prescribed formats.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist with preparation, verification, and maintenance of financial records and vouchers.
  • Handle cash/receipt-related activities (for Cashier roles) following internal controls and compliance requirements.
  • Support accounting tasks such as ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting (for Accountant roles).
  • Use accounting tools such as Tally where applicable; maintain data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with block/district teams for timely submission of reports and required documents.
  • Assist in operational planning and project coordination activities (for Block Project Manager and relevant roles).
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, timelines, and applicable guidelines.

Requirements

  • Age Limit (as on 21-11-2017): Minimum 25 years; Maximum 55 years.
  • Clerk: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Accountant: Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting with at least 2 years of accounting experience and skills in Tally.
  • Cashier: Graduate in Commerce with at least 2 years of accounting experience; candidates with knowledge of Tally will be preferred.
  • Block Project Manager: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized university with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Other Posts: Qualifications vary by role; refer to the official notification for post-wise eligibility.
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency for documentation and reporting (role-dependent).

Compensation

  • Pay Scale: Rs. 15,000 – 89,070/- per month (post-wise details as per official notification).
