Haryana BEd Answer Key Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Haryana BEd Answer Key Specialist to support the end-to-end lifecycle of exam answer key publication and objection management for large-scale written examinations. This role focuses on coordinating answer key releases (including shift-wise keys), validating content accuracy, handling candidate communications, and supporting the objection workflow in collaboration with internal subject experts and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the timely publication of provisional and final answer keys for written examinations, including shift-wise and paper-wise keys.
  • Validate answer key data for completeness, formatting, question mapping, and consistency across versions.
  • Manage the objection intake process: track submissions, verify required details, and ensure objections are routed to the correct review panel.
  • Maintain structured logs for objections, resolutions, and version history of answer keys and supporting documentation.
  • Draft clear candidate-facing instructions for downloading answer keys and submitting objections, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support customer/candidate queries via email and ticketing systems, providing professional and policy-aligned responses.
  • Collaborate with IT/content teams to ensure links, files, and web pages are functional, accessible, and updated.
  • Assist with quality assurance checks prior to publication (broken links, file integrity, correct naming conventions, and content correctness).
  • Prepare summary reports on objection volumes, common issues, turnaround times, and outcomes for leadership review.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of examination-related materials and follow documented SOPs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Administration, or related fields preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in exam operations, education administration, content QA, or similar roles (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to cross-verify question/answer mappings and document versions.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured trackers (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) and basic document management practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to write clear instructions and candidate updates.
  • Ability to handle time-sensitive releases and work effectively during peak exam cycles.
  • Familiarity with objection workflows, exam portals, or public recruitment/exam ecosystems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of web content publishing (CMS, uploading PDFs, link verification) is preferred.
  • High integrity and discretion when handling examination-related information.
