  • Role: Assistant Grade I
  • Streams: HR, Finance & Accounts (F&A), Contracts & Materials Management (C&MM)

    • Assistant Grade I (HR): 29
    • Assistant Grade I (F&A): 17
    • Assistant Grade I (C&MM): 12

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary by stream; typical duties include:

  • HR: Assist in HR administration, employee records, onboarding documentation, coordination of internal communications, and support for training/engagement initiatives.
  • Finance & Accounts (F&A): Support accounting operations, record maintenance, bill processing, reconciliations, data entry, and preparation/verification of routine financial documents.
  • Contracts & Materials Management (C&MM): Assist in procurement support activities, vendor documentation, inventory/material records, coordination for purchase processes, and general administrative support for materials management.
  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of records and official documents.
  • Support day-to-day office operations, correspondence, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Perform typing/data entry and computer-based tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognized university in India.
  • Skills:
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    • Typing proficiency and comfort with computer-based work.
    • Attention to detail and ability to manage routine documentation accurately.
    • Clear communication and coordination skills.
