Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented SSC Selection Post Phase IX Answer Key & Result Support Specialist to support candidates and internal stakeholders with exam-cycle communications, answer key guidance, link validation, and process documentation related to SSC Selection Post Phase IX (CBT/Tier I). This role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and user-friendly information delivery across web pages, help channels, and knowledge bases.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with government exam content, understands candidate journeys (admit card, CBT, answer key, objections, and results), and can translate official notices into clear instructions.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor official SSC updates for Selection Post Phase IX, including answer key releases, notices, and related examination updates.
  • Prepare and maintain candidate-facing instructions for accessing answer keys (login steps, required credentials, navigation guidance, troubleshooting).
  • Validate and update important links (answer key, notices, admit cards by region, official website) to ensure accuracy and uptime.
  • Draft and publish structured content for exam pages, including key dates, status updates, vacancy summaries, and download sections.
  • Respond to candidate queries via email/chat/ticketing systems regarding answer key access, login issues, and navigation support.
  • Create and maintain internal SOPs for content publishing, link checks, and release-day workflows.
  • Coordinate with content, SEO, and engineering teams to ensure pages load correctly and render clean, valid HTML.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure information is consistent with official sources and free of errors (dates, exam names, regions, URLs).
  • Track recurring issues and propose improvements to reduce candidate friction (FAQ updates, clearer steps, better page structure).

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in content operations, exam support, customer support, or education/government exam portals (preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to convert official notices into simple, actionable steps.
  • High attention to detail for dates, titles, region-wise links, and status changes.
  • Comfortable working with HTML-based content editors/CMS (basic HTML knowledge required).
  • Ability to verify information against official sources and maintain citation/traceability.
  • Familiarity with SSC exam ecosystem (admit cards, CBT/Tier I, answer keys, objections, results) is a strong plus.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for common login/download issues (browser, cache, credential format, site availability).
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive release windows (e.g., answer key publish days).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing “Important Links” sections and region-wise admit card/notice listings.
  • Understanding of SEO-friendly structuring (titles, short descriptions, tags) without compromising accuracy.
  • Experience with spreadsheets for link audits and release checklists.
