SSC CGL Tier II Answer Key & Candidate Support Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking an SSC CGL Tier II Answer Key & Candidate Support Specialist to manage and improve the end-to-end candidate experience for exam-related updates, answer key access, and objection guidance. This role focuses on publishing accurate notifications, maintaining structured “Important Links” sections, and supporting candidates with clear, compliant instructions for downloading answer keys and submitting objections.

You will work closely with content, operations, and compliance teams to ensure time-sensitive exam information (e.g., Tier I and Tier II schedules, answer key availability, notices, and official links) is communicated professionally and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish and maintain exam update pages related to SSC CGL (e.g., Tier II Answer Key, Final Answer Key, notices, exam dates, and notifications) with strong attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Draft and standardize step-by-step candidate instructions for accessing answer keys, including login guidance (language selection, registration/roll number, password/DOB, captcha) and troubleshooting.
  • Validate and monitor “Important Links” sections to ensure correct routing to official portals and supporting documents (answer key, notices, syllabus, previous year papers, official website).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to confirm status changes (e.g., “Available Soon” to “Activated/Out”) and update pages accordingly.
  • Support candidates by responding to common queries about answer key downloads, score estimation, and objection windows/processes (within policy boundaries).
  • Ensure content quality, clarity, and compliance, including avoiding misleading claims and clearly attributing official sources.
  • Track recurring candidate issues (login errors, broken links, access restrictions) and propose process improvements.
  • Maintain a consistent content format for exam updates, including post dates, exam dates, vacancy highlights, and examination names.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in content operations, candidate support, education portals, or similar roles involving time-sensitive public information.
  • Strong written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with structured web content and basic HTML formatting (paragraphs, lists, headings, links).
  • High attention to detail and ability to verify information against official sources (e.g., SSC portal notices).
  • Ability to explain procedural steps clearly (login flows, document access, objections) to a broad audience.
  • Familiarity with government exam ecosystems (SSC, UPSC, state boards) is preferred.
  • Basic troubleshooting mindset for common portal issues (credentials, captcha, browser compatibility).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple updates during peak exam cycles.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based increments.
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid depending on location and team needs).
  • Paid time off and holiday calendar aligned with operational requirements.
  • Learning support for content systems, SEO fundamentals, and process documentation.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact candidate communication for large-scale examinations.

About the Company

Our goal is to simplify access to official notices, answer keys, and essential resources by presenting them in a clear, structured format. We prioritize accuracy, transparency, and candidate-first communication while ensuring that official sources remain the primary reference point for all critical actions.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a brief writing sample demonstrating step-by-step instructional content (e.g., “how to download an answer key” or “how to access a notice”). If available, include links to pages you have managed or content operations work you have supported.
