Position: Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Grade II / Junior Assistant

We are seeking detail-oriented and service-driven candidates for clerical and junior administrative roles supporting government office operations. The LDC Grade II / Junior Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain records, support internal coordination, and assist in delivering citizen-facing services with accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical and administrative work including file management, data entry, drafting letters, and maintaining registers/records.
- Support office workflows such as document processing, inward/outward dispatch, and record digitization.
- Handle basic correspondence, prepare notes, and assist in compiling reports and statements.
- Operate computers for word processing, spreadsheets, and office applications as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Assist in document verification processes and maintain compliance with office procedures.
- Provide courteous support to visitors/citizens and respond to queries as per guidelines.
Requirements
- Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency certification such as DOEACC/NIELIT or equivalent certification course; COPA/DPCS may be applicable as per rules.
- Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script.
- Knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
- Strong attention to detail, typing/data entry accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of office procedures, record keeping, and confidentiality practices.
- Eligibility as per applicable recruitment rules, including age criteria and relaxations where permitted.
