This position is ideal for professionals experienced in education/exam operations, public information management, or candidate support—especially in environments involving large-scale competitive examinations.

  • Coordinate and verify key examination details including exam names, vacancy counts, and timelines to ensure consistency across channels.
  • Support candidate guidance content, including step-by-step instructions for downloading answer keys and accessing official resources.
  • Track objection/feedback windows (e.g., deadlines for raising objections to answer keys) and ensure clear communication of procedures.
  • Manage “Important Links” sections and ensure links are functional, correctly labeled, and aligned with official sources.
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and FAQs related to admit cards, answer keys, exam notices, and official notifications.
  • Collaborate with content, operations, and compliance teams to ensure information is timely, accurate, and presented in a professional manner.
  • Maintain audit-friendly records of updates, revisions, and source references used for publishing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); equivalent experience in exam operations, education administration, or public information roles is acceptable.
  • 1–3 years of experience in examination support, educational services, content operations, or customer/candidate support.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data points (dates, counts, names of exams, and official notices).
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft clear candidate instructions and concise updates.
  • Comfort working with web-based publishing tools/CMS and managing structured content (links, headings, lists).
  • Ability to manage multiple updates under time-sensitive conditions (e.g., answer key releases and objection deadlines).
  • Familiarity with competitive exam ecosystems and standard processes (answer keys, objections, admit cards, results) is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based growth opportunities.
  • Health insurance and wellness support (where applicable).
  • Paid time off and recognized holidays.
  • Structured onboarding and process training for exam communications workflows.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact public information initiatives supporting large candidate communities.
  • Collaborative team environment with clear documentation and quality standards.
