Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Odisha TET (OTET) Program Coordinator to support end-to-end coordination of teacher eligibility test activities, including application workflows, candidate communications, schedule tracking, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. This role is ideal for professionals who can manage multiple timelines, maintain high accuracy in data handling, and ensure smooth operational delivery of exam-related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day OTET program operations, including application cycle activities, document tracking, and candidate support workflows.
  • Maintain and update schedules for key milestones (registration windows, notices, admit card timelines, answer key/result updates, and related communications).
  • Draft and publish candidate-facing notices, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Support helpdesk operations by responding to candidate queries via email/phone/ticketing tools and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation for candidate records, including registration details, payment status, and document submissions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for portal updates, link validations, and issue triage during high-traffic periods.
  • Assist in compiling reports and dashboards (daily/weekly) related to application status, query volumes, and process bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, record retention, and operational SOPs.
  • Support content updates for important links (application, login, notices, syllabus, exam pattern, answer key, results) and ensure accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 1–4 years of experience in program coordination, operations, examination services, education administration, or customer support operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Odia/Hindi is a plus).
  • Comfortable working with web portals, spreadsheets, and basic reporting (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
  • High attention to detail for data accuracy, link verification, and document handling.
  • Ability to handle peak-time workloads during registration/exam/result periods.
  • Professional integrity and discretion when handling candidate information.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with online application systems, ticketing/helpdesk tools, or CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of competitive/eligibility examinations and lifecycle stages (registration, admit card, exam, answer key, result).
  • Process documentation and SOP creation experience.
