Position: Railway Group D / ALP Mock Test Content & Operations Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to build, manage, and continuously improve an All India mock test experience for Railway recruitment aspirants (Group D / ALP). This role blends exam-focused content operations, test lifecycle management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and user-friendly mock tests aligned with official exam patterns.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end mock test cycles for Railway Group D and ALP, including scheduling, versioning, and release readiness.
- Develop and curate high-quality question banks (topic-wise and full-length) aligned with current syllabus, difficulty levels, and exam trends.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to create, review, and finalize questions, solutions, and explanations.
- Ensure accuracy of questions, options, answer keys, and explanations; implement multi-step QA checks before publishing.
- Maintain structured metadata (topic tags, difficulty, time allocation, section mapping) to support analytics and adaptive practice.
- Monitor performance metrics (attempt rates, accuracy, time spent, drop-offs) and propose improvements to content and user flow.
- Manage updates based on official notices, exam date changes, and result/answer key announcements relevant to Railway exams.
- Support customer queries related to mock tests (access issues, scoring disputes, content clarifications) and drive resolution with internal teams.
- Collaborate with product/engineering to improve test UI/UX, reporting, and reliability across web and mobile.
- Create and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, review checklists, release notes) for consistent execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; strong preference for candidates familiar with competitive exam ecosystems.
- 1–3 years of experience in content operations, test prep content, e-learning, or assessment management (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Railway exams (Group D / ALP) pattern, syllabus areas, and common question types.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors in questions, solutions, and formatting.
- Strong written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is a plus for learner-facing content.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CMS/admin panels, and basic analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate reviews, and deliver releases on schedule.
