DSSSB Sub Inspector (SI) / Stenographer / Assistant (Exam Answer Key & Result Support)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven professional to support candidates and internal stakeholders with updates, guidance, and documentation related to DSSSB competitive examinations, including Sub Inspector (SI), Stenographer, and Assistant roles. This position focuses on assisting users in understanding answer key/recruitment updates, navigating official portals, and maintaining accurate public-facing information aligned with official notifications.

Responsibilities

  • Track and compile official updates related to DSSSB examinations, including answer keys, results, notices, and related recruitment announcements.
  • Guide users through standard steps for accessing answer keys/results on official websites (e.g., locating the relevant link, entering required credentials, and downloading documents).
  • Maintain structured records of key exam information such as exam dates, post names, vacancy details (when available), eligibility highlights, and important links.
  • Validate information accuracy by cross-checking with official sources and ensure timely corrections when updates are issued.
  • Draft clear, user-friendly content for web pages, FAQs, and support articles while preserving compliance and disclaimers (e.g., “refer to the official website for final confirmation”).
  • Assist with candidate queries via email/chat/ticketing systems, escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • Coordinate with content, SEO, and technical teams to ensure links, page structure, and metadata are consistent and functional.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in content operations, customer support, education services, or a similar domain.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret official notices/notifications accurately.
  • Comfortable working with government/board examination portals and document formats (PDF, scanned notices, web forms).
  • Excellent written communication skills; ability to convert complex instructions into simple steps.
  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and content management workflows (CMS experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work under deadlines during high-traffic periods (answer key/result releases).
  • High integrity and commitment to publishing only verified information from official sources.
