Responsibilities
Staff Nurse

- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation, expiry checks).
- Support procurement, receipt, and distribution of medicines and consumables.
- Maintain documentation for drug utilization, batch tracking, and audit readiness.
- Provide basic counseling to patients on dosage, usage, and precautions.
- Assist in implementing standard treatment guidelines and rational drug use practices.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification for the role (Staff Nurse/Pharmacist) as per NHM norms and the official notification.
- Registration with the appropriate council/body (e.g., Nursing Council/Pharmacy Council) where applicable.
- Understanding of public health service delivery and patient-centric care.
