- Prepare candidate-facing instructions for accessing answer keys and submitting objections, ensuring steps are accurate and easy to follow.
- Verify links, dates, and eligibility references against official sources before publishing or circulating updates.
- Coordinate with content/operations teams to ensure updates are posted promptly and formatted consistently.
- Handle candidate queries via email/chat support related to navigation of portals (login, captcha, registration/roll number usage) and general exam process guidance.
- Maintain records of changes (revised dates, corrected links, updated notices) and document version history.
- Escalate discrepancies (broken links, conflicting dates, missing notices) to the appropriate stakeholders with evidence and recommended corrections.
- Support periodic reporting on update timeliness, error rates, and candidate support metrics.

- Excellent written communication in English; Hindi proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work under tight timelines during exam cycles and handle multiple updates simultaneously.
- Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) for tracking links, dates, and status.
- High integrity and commitment to accuracy; must avoid speculation and publish only verified information.
