Position: Admissions Coordinator (UG/PG Online Applications)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to support end-to-end management of UG/PG admission online forms, applicant communications, and application lifecycle tracking. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-minded, and comfortable working with online portals, documentation workflows, and time-bound admission calendars.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate UG/PG online application processes, including form guidance, status tracking, and applicant support.
- Assist applicants with common issues such as registration/login, language preferences, password/DOB verification, captcha-related access, and portal navigation.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, document submissions, corrections, and fee/payment confirmations in the admissions system.
- Support publishing and communication of important dates, notices, and updates related to examinations/admissions and document verification.
- Respond to applicant queries via email, phone, and helpdesk channels; ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Verify applicant data for completeness and consistency; flag discrepancies and coordinate corrections within defined windows.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on application volumes, pending cases, and resolution turnaround times for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT/portal administrators to escalate technical issues and validate fixes.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable guidelines for admissions and data handling.
- Support coordination for related activities such as admit card/application status dissemination, notifications, and helpdesk operations during peak cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Master’s degree is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, education administration, customer support, or back-office operations (preferred).
- Strong proficiency with online portals, spreadsheets, and documentation workflows (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines during peak admission periods.
- Comfortable handling sensitive personal data with confidentiality and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain processes clearly to applicants.
- Preferred: Familiarity with government/education exam-admissions ecosystems, notices, and structured application steps.
