Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment & Exam Support Specialist to manage end-to-end coordination for government job opportunities targeted to B.Sc / M.Sc candidates. This role focuses on publishing accurate recruitment updates, supporting candidates with application and admit card workflows, and maintaining high-quality informational content related to exams, syllabi, and official notices.
Responsibilities
- Track and verify official recruitment notifications, exam schedules, admit card releases, answer keys, and results for roles relevant to B.Sc / M.Sc candidates.
- Create and maintain structured job/exam listings (post name, advertisement number, dates, vacancies, eligibility, and status updates).
- Prepare clear candidate guidance for key processes such as downloading admit cards, checking exam city details, and accessing official portals.
- Ensure information accuracy by cross-checking with official websites and published notifications before release.
- Coordinate updates across web pages and internal content systems, ensuring consistency of dates, links, and instructions.
- Support user queries related to exam documentation requirements (e.g., photo ID, photographs, login credentials) and common troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain an organized repository of important links (official site, notification PDFs, application links, syllabus, previous year papers).
- Collaborate with editorial/operations teams to ensure timely publishing and compliance with content standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc / M.Sc preferred) or equivalent experience in content operations, recruitment coordination, or exam support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate dates, vacancy counts, post names, and official references.
- Comfort working with structured data and content templates for job/exam listings.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convert complex instructions into clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Basic understanding of government recruitment processes (applications, admit cards, written/online exams, document verification).
- Proficiency with web tools, spreadsheets, and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple concurrent updates during peak exam/recruitment cycles.
