Position: Administrative Officer (Scale I) – Various Specialist Roles

Overview: We are hiring Administrative Officers (Scale I) across multiple specialist disciplines. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to core business operations, governance, risk management, and specialized functions within a large, regulated organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform specialist and administrative duties aligned to the assigned discipline (e.g., Legal, Finance, Engineering, Medical, Agriculture, Actuarial, Company Secretariat).
- Support operational execution, documentation, reporting, and compliance activities as per internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assigned work.
- Prepare and review departmental notes, records, and formal communications.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and internal reviews by providing required data and explanations.
- Contribute to process improvements, risk controls, and service quality initiatives.

Requirements
- Age: 21 to 30 years (as on 31 March 2023). Age relaxation as per applicable rules.
- Education (by stream):
- Legal Specialists: Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks OR Master’s Degree in Law with Bar Council registration.
- Accounts / Finance Specialists: B.Com with 60% marks OR M.Com OR CA (passed).
- Company Secretaries: Bachelor’s Degree (any stream) with 60% marks AND final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Actuaries: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Actuarial with 60% marks OR Master’s Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Actuarial.
- Doctor: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with 60% marks with registration in relevant council.
- Engineers: BE/B.Tech in relevant branch with minimum 60% marks OR Master’s Degree in relevant stream.
- Agriculture Specialists: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks OR Master’s Degree in Agriculture.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured, regulated environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
