Responsibilities

• Support planning, deployment, operation, and maintenance of telecom network infrastructure.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and troubleshooting service-impacting issues.
• Work on telecom/electronics/electrical/computer engineering tasks related to switching, transmission, IP networks, and associated systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field units to ensure timely resolution of faults and completion of assigned work.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation related to network operations and maintenance activities.
• Follow organizational processes, compliance guidelines, and safety practices while working on telecom infrastructure.

Requirements

• Education:
  • B.E./B.Tech (or equivalent) in Telecom / Electronics / Radio / Computer / Electrical / Information Technology / Instrumentation Engineering, or
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science or Electronics
• Exam Requirement: Candidate must appear and qualify in GATE (as per the recruitment notification), opting one paper from CS & IT / EC / EE / IN.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit should not be above 30 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • OBC: 3 years
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • Other categories: as per applicable rules
• Strong technical fundamentals and willingness to work in field/operational environments as required.
