Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned instruction using effective pedagogy and assessment methods.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment that supports student success.
- Evaluate student progress, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support co-curricular and residential-school activities (as applicable to the role).
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents/guardians, and school leadership to improve learning outcomes.
- For Principal roles: Provide academic leadership, oversee school operations, mentor staff, ensure compliance with NVS policies, and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- For Librarian roles: Manage library operations, cataloging, circulation, reading programs, and support information literacy.
- For PET/Music/Art roles: Plan and conduct specialized instruction, events, and student development programs in the respective domain.
Requirements (Eligibility)
- Principal (Group A): Master’s Degree and B.Ed with 7 years of experience.
- PGT (Group B): Post Graduate Degree and B.Ed.
- TGT / TGT (Third Language) (Group B): Post Graduate Degree, B.Ed, and CTET.
- Music Teacher: Post Graduate Degree in Music.
- Art Teacher: Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Art/Design.
- PET (Male/Female): Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Physical Education.
- Librarian: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Library Science.
