Responsibilities

Junior Secretariat Assistant (General / F&A / Store & Purchase)

  • Provide clerical and administrative support including file movement, record keeping, and document drafting.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and formatting of official correspondence and reports.
  • Maintain registers, inventories, and office records in physical and digital formats.
  • Support finance/accounts documentation (for F&A) such as vouchers, bill processing support, and reconciliation assistance under supervision.
  • Assist procurement and stores processes (for Store & Purchase) including maintaining stock records, purchase documentation, and vendor-related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Junior Stenographer

  • Take dictation and prepare accurate transcriptions within defined timelines.
  • Draft and type official letters, notes, minutes, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support scheduling, document organization, and coordination tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: 10+2 (Intermediate) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • For JSA: Proficiency in computer/typing as per role requirements.
