Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and data processing activities as required by court operations.
- Maintain, update, and verify digital records and datasets to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Work with operating systems and office application suites to prepare documents, reports, and data summaries.
- Support digitization and record-management tasks, including organizing and retrieving information when needed.
- Follow established procedures, confidentiality requirements, and data handling standards applicable to judicial records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BCA / B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in graduation.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Operating Systems and Office application suites.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience in data entry (with the required educational qualification).
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2023): 18 to 35 years (age relaxation as per MPHC rules).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
