Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and basic clinical support services in accordance with approved standards and clinical protocols.
- Assist in maternal and child health services, including antenatal and postnatal care, where applicable to the role.
- Monitor patient condition, record vital signs, and report changes to the supervising nurse/medical officer.
- Administer medications and support treatment plans as per physician orders and institutional policy.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, registers, and required documentation.
- Support infection prevention and control practices, including hygiene, sterilization, and biomedical waste procedures.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams and support patient education and counseling.
- Participate in duty rosters, emergency response, and other assigned clinical responsibilities.
Requirements
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2024): 21 to 40 years (upper age relaxation as per rules).
- ANM Qualification: ANM course completed and registered with the Rajasthan Nursing Council.
- GNM / Staff Nurse Qualification: GNM course completed and registered with the Rajasthan Nursing Council.
- Ability to follow clinical procedures, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
- Willingness to work in assigned locations across Rajasthan, including as per TSP/Non-TSP allocation where applicable.
