Responsibilities
- Support power generation operations through role-specific technical, functional, and administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities within the assigned department (Engineering/Finance/Legal/HR/Chemistry/Fire Safety).
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and participate in inspections, audits, and documentation as required.
- Perform duties aligned with the trainee/contract nature of the role, including learning and process adherence.

- Minimum age: 18 years (for Junior Engineer posts)
- Minimum age: 21 years (for other posts)
- Maximum age: 43 years
- Age relaxation: As per MPPGCL rules
Educational Qualifications (Role-wise)
- Assistant Engineer / Manager Electrical & Civil (Trainee): BE/B.Tech in relevant discipline with 65% (SC/ST: 55%) and 4 years experience.
- Account Officer / Manager Finance (Trainee): Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Fire Officer (Trainee): BE/B.Tech in Fire Engineering with 65% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%).
- Law Officer (Trainee): LLB with 60% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%).
- Shift Chemist (Trainee): M.Sc. Chemistry with 65% (SC/ST/EWS: 55%).
- Manager HR (Trainee): MBA HR/PGDM with 60% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%).
- Junior Engineer / AM Plant (Trainee): Diploma in Engineering (relevant branch) with 65% (SC/ST/EWS: 55%); BE/B.Tech candidates are also eligible.
- Management Executive (Contract): MBA Finance/PGDM Finance with 60% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%).
- Law Officer / Legal Executive (Contract): LLB with 60% (SC/ST/EWS: 50%).
