Position: BHU PMT Cutoff Marks Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented BHU PMT Cutoff Marks Analyst to research, validate, and publish accurate cutoff marks insights for BHU PMT and related medical entrance examinations. This role focuses on compiling official and reliable sources, maintaining structured datasets, and translating complex cutoff trends into clear, user-friendly content for students and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and maintain BHU PMT cutoff marks data (category-wise, round-wise, course-wise, and year-wise) from official sources and credible publications.
  • Monitor updates such as answer keys, results, counseling rounds, seat allotments, and admission notices to ensure cutoff information remains current.
  • Create structured cutoff datasets and summaries that highlight trends, changes year-over-year, and key insights for aspirants.
  • Draft and publish cutoff-related content pages, FAQs, and explanatory notes with high accuracy and clarity.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure numerical accuracy, correct categorization (UR/OBC/SC/ST/EWS/PwD), and consistency across pages.
  • Coordinate with content, SEO, and web teams to ensure correct formatting, internal linking, and discoverability.
  • Respond to user queries or editorial requests regarding cutoff interpretation and data sources.
  • Maintain documentation of sources and version history for auditability and future reference.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in education, data analysis, journalism, or content operations.
  • 1+ year experience in education content, exam/recruitment portals, data publishing, or similar roles (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered).
  • Strong numerical accuracy and ability to validate figures across PDFs, notices, and official websites.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex admission/cutoff information.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for cleaning and organizing datasets.
  • Familiarity with Indian entrance exam ecosystems (BHU/NEET/counseling processes) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple updates during result/counseling seasons.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CMS publishing is preferred.
