Position: RPF Constable / Sub Inspector (SI) – Answer Key & CBT Support Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to support candidates and internal stakeholders with Computer Based Test (CBT) processes, including answer key access guidance, login troubleshooting, and structured communication related to exam phases, groups, and post-wise updates (Constable, SI, and ancillary roles). This role focuses on ensuring accurate dissemination of answer key availability, clear instructions for download, and efficient resolution of candidate queries.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end support for CBT answer key access, including guiding users through login steps (roll number, date of birth, batch selection, captcha, and submission).
- Maintain and publish status updates on answer key availability for different groups/phases and posts (e.g., Constable, Sub Inspector, ancillary).
- Verify and validate content accuracy for exam-related communications (important dates, exam windows, and availability notices).
- Assist candidates with self-evaluation guidance by explaining how to match responses with the official answer key.
- Coordinate with internal content and web teams to ensure links, widgets, and important link sections are current and functional.
- Escalate technical issues related to portal access, login errors, and download failures to relevant technical teams with clear reproduction steps.
- Ensure communications remain compliant, professional, and aligned with official updates from the relevant authority/official website.
- Track recurring candidate issues and propose process improvements to reduce support volume and improve user experience.
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, exam operations, education services, or public information portals (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive updates during exam windows.
- Comfortable explaining step-by-step instructions for web-based logins and document downloads.
- Basic understanding of CBT workflows, including phases, group-wise scheduling, and post-wise classifications.
- Excellent written communication skills for publishing clear instructions and status updates.
- Ability to work with web content systems and coordinate link/status updates (CMS familiarity is a plus).
- Professional approach to candidate interactions, including handling repetitive queries and maintaining accuracy.
