Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical engineering tasks related to transmission systems, substations, and associated equipment.
- Support operations and maintenance activities, including routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, and documentation activities as assigned.
- Follow safety protocols, statutory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain records, logs, and reports related to work performed and observations.
- Engage in training modules and on-the-job learning to build technical and operational competency.
Requirements
- For Trainee Supervisor (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 70% marks from a recognized institute/university in India.
- For Trainee Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks and a valid GATE 2024 score (as applicable per notification).
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, safety practices, and technical documentation.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work across locations and in field/site environments as required.
