Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day branch banking operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Acquire, onboard, and service retail and small business customers; identify cross-sell opportunities for deposits, loans, cards, and digital banking products.
- Assist in credit-related activities such as preliminary appraisal, documentation coordination, and post-sanction monitoring (as per role assignment and internal policies).

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized university/college.
- Language: Mandatory proficiency in the local language for the state/region selected for the vacancy (may be assessed via a Local Language Test).

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
