Job Location

IWAI Headquarters, Noida and Regional Offices (as per posting requirements).

Responsibilities

  • Perform role-specific administrative, clerical, technical, or finance/accounting duties as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and official correspondence.
  • Support departmental operations through coordination, data handling, and timely reporting.
  • For stenography roles: take dictation, prepare transcripts, and manage confidential communication.
  • For technical roles: assist with surveys/engineering/IT operations as applicable to the post.
  • Comply with organizational policies, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirements

Age Limit (as on 17 December 2022): Maximum 27–40 years (post-wise). Age relaxation applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

  • LDC: 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board with typing speed: English 30 WPM OR Hindi 25 WPM.
  • Stenographer Grade D: 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognized board with transcription and typing requirements (as per notification): Transcription speed of 10 minutes @ 80 WPM; manual typewriter and computer typing speeds as applicable for English/Hindi.
  • Junior Hydrographic Surveyor (JHS): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
  • EDP Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with 1 year experience.
  • Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts): Bachelor’s degree with CA and 5 years experience.

  • SC / ST: Rs. 200/-
