Responsibilities

  • Stenographer: Take dictation, prepare/transcribe documents, maintain confidentiality of court records, assist with drafting/typing and office coordination.
  • Assistant Grade-III: Support clerical and administrative work, handle files/records, data entry/computer-based tasks, assist in office correspondence and routine operations.
  • Driver: Operate assigned vehicle safely, maintain vehicle logbooks, ensure basic upkeep and compliance with departmental travel requirements.
  • Support Staff (Peon/Farrash/Cleaning Staff): Office support duties, file movement, cleanliness and upkeep of premises, assistance in day-to-day facility operations as instructed.

Requirements

  • Education (role-wise):
    • Stenographer: Graduate and/or PGDCA (as per official notification).
    • Assistant Grade-III: Computer-related qualification/degree (as per official notification).
    • Driver: 8th/10th pass (as per official notification) and applicable driving requirements per notice.
    • Support Staff: 8th/10th pass (as per official notification).
  • Age Limit: As per rules/official notification; applicable age relaxation as per norms.
  • Other: Ability to follow instructions, maintain discipline and confidentiality, and meet role-specific skill/fitness requirements.
