Responsibilities
- Tax Assistant: Support office operations related to indirect tax administration, documentation, data handling, and routine clerical tasks; perform data entry as required.
- Stenographer Grade II: Provide stenography and transcription support, prepare notes/drafts, manage correspondence, and assist in administrative coordination.
- Havaldar: Assist in office support services, movement of files/documents, and other assigned departmental duties; may be required to meet physical standards and complete a walking test.

- Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute
- Transcription (on computer): 50 minutes (English) / 65 minutes (Hindi)
- Havaldar (07 posts):
- Matriculation or equivalent pass.
- Physical Standards & Test:
- Height: Male 157.5 cm; Female 152 cm
- Chest (Male): 81 cm
- Weight (Female): 48 kg
- Walking Test: Male 1600 meters in 15 minutes; Female 1 km in 20 minutes
