Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Test & Document Verification (DV) Coordinator to support the end-to-end execution of the CISF Constable (Tradesmen) selection process. This role focuses on candidate communication, verification of eligibility documents, coordination of trade tests, and adherence to established procedures, timelines, and confidentiality standards.
This position is ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills, experience handling high-volume records, and the ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Trade Test and Document Verification (DV) activities, including venue readiness and candidate flow management.
- Verify candidate documents for completeness and authenticity as per prescribed checklists (identity, educational qualification, category certificates, domicile, age proof, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, verification outcomes, discrepancies, and candidate acknowledgements.
- Support the issuance and tracking of admit card-related communications and instructions to candidates.
- Assist in organizing trade test stations, ensuring required tools/materials are available and accounted for.
- Handle candidate queries professionally and provide clear guidance on process steps, timelines, and required documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality, data protection, and examination integrity protocols.
- Prepare daily status reports, exception logs, and summary documentation for supervisory review.
- Coordinate with internal teams and authorized personnel to resolve document discrepancies and procedural issues.
Requirements
- Graduate degree (or equivalent) preferred; candidates with strong relevant administrative experience may also be considered.
- Prior experience in document verification, recruitment support, examination administration, or government/PSU process coordination is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and checklists.
- Comfortable working in high-volume, time-bound environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in computers (data entry, spreadsheets, email communication, and document scanning/printing workflows).
- Clear communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language skills are a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate information responsibly.
- Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours during peak test/DV days, as required.
