Responsibilities
Note: Responsibilities vary by post. Typical duties may include:
- Supporting day-to-day banking operations including customer service, account handling, and transaction processing (Banking Assistant).
- Managing financial reporting, reconciliation, accounting controls, and compliance with applicable standards (Manager – Accounts).
- Overseeing administrative functions such as HR coordination, facilities, procurement, and internal process governance (Manager – Administration).
- Coordinating stakeholder communication, program monitoring, reporting, and inter-departmental follow-ups (Nodal Officer).
- Driving strategic planning, governance, performance monitoring, and leadership initiatives at the bank/organizational level (Additional CEO/GM).
- Preparing documentation, MIS reports, and supporting audits/inspections as required.
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational risk controls.
Requirements (Eligibility)
Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)
- Banking Assistant: Diploma / Degree / PG in CS/IT
- Additional CEO (General Manager): CA / CFA / ICWA / MBA / PG
- Manager (Accounts): CA / CFA / ICWA / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Manager (Administration): Any Degree / PG / MBA (Relevant discipline)
- Nodal Officer: Any Degree / PG / MBA (Relevant discipline)
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2024)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 35 to 50 years (varies by post)
- Candidate should be born not before 06.09.1989 and not after 05.09.2006 (as referenced in the notice).
