Key Responsibilities
Stipendiary Trainee (Operator)
- Support plant operations under supervision, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in monitoring operational parameters, logs, and routine checks.
- Participate in classroom and on-the-job training modules related to operations and safety.
- Follow all safety, security, and compliance requirements applicable to the facility.
Stipendiary Trainee (Maintainer)
- Assist in maintenance activities for mechanical/electrical/instrumentation systems (as applicable) under supervision.
- Support preventive maintenance routines, inspections, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation, checklists, and records as per prescribed formats.
- Participate in skill-based training and adhere to strict safety practices.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Age Limit (as on 11 September 2024): 18 to 24 years (age relaxation as per rules).
- Education:
- Operator: Class 12 (Science) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized institution.
- Maintainer: Class 10 with minimum 50% marks and ITI certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.
- General Expectations: Ability to work in a disciplined, safety-critical environment; willingness to undergo required tests and medical examination.
