Requirements
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Eligibility to appear for and qualify in the relevant State Judicial Services examination (PCS J).
- Strong knowledge of civil laws and procedural frameworks (e.g., CPC, Evidence Act, Limitation Act, and related statutes as applicable).
- Excellent legal writing and reasoning skills, with the ability to produce well-structured judgments.
- High integrity, impartiality, and commitment to public service.
- Effective communication, courtroom management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfort with digital case management tools and official online portals (where applicable).
