Responsibilities
- Maintain law and order and support public safety initiatives within assigned jurisdictions.
- Conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and assist in crowd and traffic management as required.
- Support investigations through on-ground assistance, documentation, and coordination with senior officers.
- Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, discipline, and ethical standards.
- For Driver stream: Operate assigned vehicles safely, maintain basic vehicle readiness, and support operational mobility.
Requirements
- Education: Must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) from a government-recognized education board.
- Domicile: Only Himachal Pradesh domicile candidates are eligible.
