Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain statistical models and analytical frameworks to support banking risk management and business decision-making.
- Perform quantitative analysis on portfolio performance, trends, and risk indicators; present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support enterprise risk initiatives through measurement, monitoring, and reporting of key risk metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure analytical outputs align with regulatory and internal standards.
- Prepare documentation, summaries, and reports for leadership review and internal governance processes.

Requirements
- Education: Post Graduation in Statistics (preferably from Indian Statistical Institute) or Econometrics with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university.
- Additional Qualification: Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Risk Management.

- Probationary Senior Manager: 25–30 years
- Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC – 3 years
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate quantitative findings clearly.
