Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise assigned teams during deployments, training, and operational duties.
- Plan and execute operational tasks in accordance with force guidelines, SOPs, and command directives.
- Ensure discipline, welfare, readiness, and performance management of personnel under command.
- Maintain operational documentation, incident reports, and administrative records as required.
- Coordinate with internal units and external agencies for joint operations, logistics, and field support.
- Support risk assessment, contingency planning, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in mandatory training programs, drills, and skill development activities.
- Uphold integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all official matters.
Requirements
- Eligibility as per the official CRPF recruitment notification for Officer posts (education, age, category-wise criteria, and any service/experience requirements).
- Ability to meet prescribed physical and medical standards (as applicable to the post).
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
