Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations in the assigned department (Depot/Accounts/Technical/Administration).
- Maintain records, documentation, and data entry tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in inventory, storage, and movement-related coordination (for Depot roles).
- Perform basic accounting and financial record maintenance (for Accounts roles).
- Provide technical support related to quality/inspection/technical processes (for Technical roles).
- Carry out translation/typing work and language-related documentation (for Hindi roles).
- Support engineering maintenance and project activities (for Junior Engineer roles).
- Provide stenography/typing support for official correspondence (for Stenographer roles).
- Comply with organizational policies, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
Age Limit (as on 01 Aug 2022):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 28 years (Junior Engineer & AG III Hindi)
- Maximum: 27 years (all other posts)
- Age Relaxation: As per FCI rules
Educational Qualifications (Post-wise):
- AG III (General): Bachelor’s degree in any stream + computer proficiency.
- AG III (Accounts): B.Com + computer proficiency.
- AG III (Technical): B.Sc (Agriculture/Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Food Science) OR B.E./B.Tech (Food Science/Food Technology/Agriculture Engineering/Biotechnology) + computer proficiency.
- AG III (Depot): Bachelor’s degree in any stream + computer proficiency.
- AG III (Hindi): Bachelor’s degree with Hindi as main subject + Certificate/Diploma in English-to-Hindi translation + Hindi typing speed 30 WPM.
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1 year experience.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical): Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma with 1 year experience.
- Stenographer Grade II: Bachelor’s degree + typing/shorthand skills as per notification (e.g., typing 40 WPM and shorthand/typing speeds as applicable).
