Position: UPPSC Interview Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused UPPSC Interview Coordinator to support end-to-end interview and document processes related to public service recruitment activities. This role involves coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communications, ensuring compliance with process guidelines, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional in communication, and comfortable working with time-bound, high-volume workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interview schedules, venue logistics, and candidate slotting in alignment with established timelines.
  • Prepare and manage interview-related documentation, including interview letters, checklists, attendance sheets, and verification forms.
  • Support candidate communications via email/phone, including instructions on interview reporting, required documents, and process updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate details, interview status, and document verification outcomes in internal tracking systems.
  • Assist in handling queries related to interview letters, admit cards, and reporting instructions, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of candidate information and recruitment materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR/operations/administration) for panel availability, room bookings, and on-ground support.
  • Help compile daily status reports and post-interview summaries for leadership review.
  • Support compliance with applicable policies, guidelines, and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred); equivalent administrative experience may be considered.
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, HR operations, or recruitment support (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional candidate-facing etiquette.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, email).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak interview periods.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
