  • Track and log publication timestamps and update history to maintain transparency and auditability.
  • Handle basic candidate queries by directing them to official sources and standardized guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment operations, exam/result publishing, government job portals, or content operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify structured data (dates, batch numbers, vacancy counts, status labels).
  • Comfort working with PDF documents and extracting/confirming names/roll number formats without altering official content.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear step-by-step instructions for candidates.
  • Working knowledge of HTML content formatting for web publishing (paragraphs, lists, headings, links).
  • Ability to work under deadlines during result/merit list release windows.
  • High integrity and commitment to publishing only verified information from official sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with defence recruitment updates (e.g., TES/SSC Technical/other Join Indian Army entries).
  • Familiarity with SEO-friendly URL aliases and structured tagging/categorization for job listings.
  • Experience managing “Important Links” sections and link monitoring practices.
  • Hindi language proficiency for bilingual coordination (optional).

Benefits

  • Structured processes and templates to support accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborative team environment with clear publishing and QA workflows.
  • Skill development in content operations, compliance-oriented publishing, and recruitment lifecycle coordination.
