Role Overview
As a Specialist Officer, you will contribute to the bank’s performance by applying deep functional knowledge to strengthen business outcomes, manage risk, support product development, and ensure compliance within your specialization. The role may involve analysis, advisory, implementation, stakeholder management, and operational oversight depending on the assigned discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialist support and subject-matter expertise within the assigned discipline (e.g., Credit, Treasury, Risk, IT, Law, Marketing, Agriculture Products, HR, Engineering, Official Language).
- Evaluate proposals, transactions, and/or operational processes to ensure quality, compliance, and risk alignment.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products, processes, and customer outcomes.
- Support audits, regulatory requirements, and internal controls relevant to the specialization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of best practices in the function.

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay Scale: Rs. 23,700/- to Rs. 59,170/- per month (as per role and bank rules).
